The valve has a passage cross section (7) designed between a contact surface (6a) of a valve body (6) and a contact surface (4a) of a valve seat (4) during complete opening of the valve, where a distance between the contact surfaces continuously changes. The valve body implements two-stage closing motion with increased negative pressure, where linear movement is effected until the contact surface (6a) is in contact with the contact surface (4a) in one of the stages and a pivoting movement is effected until complete closing of the valve in another stage.
