The invention relates to a solar tracker characterised in that it includes a circular mesh structure which can rotate a full 360° in both directions, moving along tracks and driven by gear trains actuated by servomotors with reducers and guide wheels, all of which is supported on a central rotation shaft. Selected solar collectors are disposed in rows on horizontal structures. In addition, linear actuators/pushers are positioned perpendicularly on the horizontal axis and can slide underneath pulling members, thereby enabling the solar collectors to be lowered by between 0° and 90°. In this way, perpendicularity to solar radiation is ensured and solar collection is maximised. Furthermore, the invention includes a safety system based on a weather station, which can lock the rows of collectors at any time, lowering same in the event of wind gusts and positioning same vertically in the event of snow. |
