摘要 The present invention relates to an emergency power charging system for an electric vehicle including an emergency power charging function of the electric vehicle combined with a road thawing hot wire. The emergency power charging system comprises: a hot wire installed inside a road where the emergency power charging system is installed; a double-sided photovoltaic cell module which includes a first storage battery for storing electricity in which photoelectric transformation is performed, wherein a plurality of photovoltaic cell modules perform the photoelectric transformation by receiving sunlight from front and back side parts; a feeding unit which includes a supply unit to supply the electricity to a vehicle and a second storage battery for storing electric energy provided from the first storage battery; and a control unit to perform a switching control of the first and second storage batteries. The second storage battery is charged by receiving the electric energy from the first storage battery. The electric energy stored in the second storage battery is provided to the feeding unit or the hot wire. The hot wire receives the electric energy by being combined with the second storage battery. If the electric energy stored in the second storage battery is insufficient, the electric energy stored in the first storage battery is provided to the hot wire by the control of the control unit.
