To provide a breaker with the least noise, a first sound-absorbing device(1) where plural noise filtering plates(6a-6c) that are perforated with holes(7a-7c) containing different diameters from each other are installed in plural is introduced between a cylinder(102) and a lower head(103) so as to firstly filtrate the percussion sound and the second noise-absorbing device(2) is provided in plural which is pipe-shaped and holds noise filtering plates(11a-11d) and sound-absorbing plates(11e)(11f) so as to secondly filter the noise.
