PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that can maintain the function of a system to which a rotary electric machine is applied even when earth fault occurs in a winding of the rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A first inverter 20 is connected to a first power source 41 which is connected to one ends 111, 121, 131 of coils 11, 12, 13 and the ground. A second inverter 30 is connected to a second power source 42 which is not connected to the other ends 112, 122, 132 of the coils 11, 12, 13 and the ground. A low potential side relay 57 is provided between the low potential side of the first inverter 20 and the first power source 41. When earth fault of the coils 11 to 13 is detected, the low potential side relay 57 is opened, and the first inverter 20 and the second inverter 30 are controlled according to power demand. By opening the low potential side relay 57, earth current can be prevented from flowing when earth fault of the coils 11 to 13 occurs, and the function of an auxiliary machine driving system 1 can be maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
