PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission management system, communication method, and program, for making it possible to determine whether a partner has withdrawn from communication or a narrowed communication band width is interrupting transmission of image data.SOLUTION: When a band width of communication is narrower than a predetermined value, a message showing that image data from a second transmission terminal is inhibited from being displayed because of the narrowed band width is transmitted to a first transmission terminal. Thereby, a user of the first transmission terminal can determine, when an image on the side of a partner that is the second transmission terminal has disappeared, whether the partner has withdrawn from the communication or the narrowed communication band width is interrupting transmission of the image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 |
