The present invention relates to extracted processed food using safflower seeds and bamboo salt and a method for manufacturing the same and, more particularly, to a manufacturing process including: a liquid extract manufacturing step in which 15 to 20 wt% of safflower seeds are prepared as a main material with respect to a total weight, 0.18 to 0.3 wt% of bamboo salt roasted nine times, 2.2 to 2.5 wt% of seed-removed jujube, 1.7 to 2.2 wt% of ginger, and 75 to 78 wt% of pear as auxiliary materials are mixed with the safflower seeds, and then the mixture is boiled in 75 to 78 wt% of water; a natural sweetener manufacturing step in which white rice is put into water in which malt is repeatedly simmered at a ratio of 2 : 1, warming is performed for a predetermined period of time in a rice cooker and warmer providing warming for a predetermined period of time, and then the content is filtered; and a step in which a natural sweetener is mixed with the safflower seed- and bamboo salt-using liquid extract manufactured in the liquid extract manufacturing step at a ratio of 2 : 1 and boiling is performed for a paste state to be achieved along with a predetermined level of viscosity and extracted processed food using safflower seeds and bamboo salt manufactured through this manufacturing process. |
