PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium thin film of a thickness suitable for enhancing charging/discharging efficiency of a lithium ion secondary battery and to stably run a production of the lithium thin film in a production facility.SOLUTION: The lithium thin film laminate for a battery includes: a resin film; and a lithium thin film carried on a surface of the resin film. The surface roughness Ra of a surface carrying the lithium thin film of the resin film is greater than or equal to 0.1 μm and less than or equal to 2 μm. The thickness of the lithium thin film is greater than or equal to 1 μm and less than or equal to 20 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
