PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensed curable silicon composition containing condensed curable polyorganosiloxane and a treatment particle containing a granular solid having certain amount of nitrogen-containing base, for example nitrogen-containing super strong base, arranged on a surface.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a condensed curable silicon composition containing condensed curable polyorganosiloxane and a treatment particle containing a granular solid having certain amount of nitrogen-containing super strong base arranged on a surface, where the amount of the nitrogen-containing super strong base arranged on the granular solid is enough to neutralize practical number of a plurality of acidic parts on the granular solid and the practical number of the acidic parts on the granular solid neutralized by the arranged nitrogen-containing base.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
