PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effect the oxidative decomposition of organic component dissolved from noodle and the decomposition of ozone, facilitate the sterilization and cleaning and dispense with particular waste-water treating facility by supplying an ozonized water to a cooling water tank and sterilizing and cleaning a bucket together with noodles. SOLUTION: Noodles 1a are put into a mesh bucket 2, boiled together with the bucket and immersed into cooling water tanks 5, 6, 7 supplied with ozonized water to effect the cooling, sterilization and washing of the noodle 1b. Preferably, the cooling water tanks 5, 6, 7 are arranged in multi-stage state to supply overflowed cooling water to the subsequent cooling water tank, the bucket 2 is successively immersed from the downstream cooling water tank 5 to the upstream side tank 7, the cooling water of the cooling water layer 7 of the top stage tank is circulated by a pump 8 and air blow is applied to the 2nd stage tank and the following tanks 5, 6 among the cooling water tanks 5, 6, 7. |
