PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of reducing ripple of torque or current.SOLUTION: A period in which a first neutral point voltage Vn1 to be applied to a first coil set 11 is shifted to a lower side of an output center value VM that is an outputtable center value and a second neutral point voltage Vn2 to be applied to a second coil set 12 is shifted to an upper side of the output center value VM is defined as a first period P1. A period in which the first neutral point voltage Vn1 is shifted to the upper side of the output center value VM and the second neutral point voltage Vn2 is shifted to the lower side is defined as a second period. Duty calculation parts 415 and 425 of a control part 40 calculate first duty command values Du1, Dv1 and Dw1 and second duty command values Du2, Dv2 and Dw2 in such a manner that the first period P1 and the second period P2 are switched after the lapse of a changeover period Pc that is variably calculated based on a predetermined physical quantity.
