PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interview system for implementing an interview having quality close to that of an interview in which an industrial physician directly meets an employee.SOLUTION: A system by which an industrial physician has an interview with an employee at a remote location through a communication network 9 includes a remote location communication terminal 40. In displaying a viewpoint marker v of a user on a communication terminal 10 side on a display of the communication terminal 40, the communication terminal 40 calibrates a position of display of the viewpoint marker v through the communication network 9.
