摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and an electric apparatus of low power consumption and with long life.SOLUTION: An insulator partition wall 103 is provided to surround each pixel 110 on a substrate 101 and a first electrode 102, and a conductive polymer 104 is applied all over the surface. In this case, the thickness shape of the conductive polymer 104 is in the relation of T2>T1>T3 due to the influence from the insulator partition wall 103. Therefore, the resistance in the lateral direction in the T3 portion is increased and the crosstalk can be prevented. Since the conductive polymer 104 also functions as a buffer layer, the power consumption can be reduced. Moreover, the T2 portion has larger thickness, so that the concentration of the electric field around the pixel portion can be relieved and the deterioration of an organic light-emitting element from around the pixel portion can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
