PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated composite which has sufficient durability on both reducing atmosphere side and oxidizing atmosphere side, and is improved in thermal expansion characteristic, and never peeled in a bonding boundary surface. SOLUTION: A composite formed of oxide conductive ceramics and low thermal expanding nonconductive ceramics, and a composite formed of a heat resisting metal containing at least one heat resisting alloy selected from nickel- based alloy, cobalt-based alloy and iron-based alloy and low thermal expanding nonconductive ceramics are laminated. To provide this laminated composite, mixed powder of the conductive ceramics and the nonconductive ceramics is put in a die, mixed powder of the heat resisting metal containing the nickel based, cobalt-based, or iron-based heat resisting alloy and the nonconductive ceramics is filled on the smoothed surface, the surface is then smoothed, pressed and formed followed by baking. |
