摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a reflection factor at a specified temperature and to suppress deterioration of the reflection factor due to whitening of Ag, etc. SOLUTION: In a conductive light reflector in which a transparent conductive film 2, an Ag film 3, and an Al or Al alloy film 4 are laminated on a transparent substrate 1 in this order, the thickness of the Ag is 60nm or above, and that of the Al or Al alloy is within 10-20nm. And, in a conductive light reflection thin film, in which a transparent conductive film 2, an Ag film 3 and an Al film 4 are laminated in this order, used ad a read electrodes of a solar battery, the thickness of the Ag is 60nm or above, and that of the Al or Al alloy is 1-20nm.
