PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically use paper on a set using condition, to prevent image from being erroneously formed and to enhance the operability by interrupting at least the action of an image output device and outputting an alarm message when the type of an original discriminated by an automatic color selection means does not coincide with the using condition of the paper set by a paper using condition set means. SOLUTION: When an automatic color selection mode is selected, the actions of an image read device 1, an image processor 11 and the image output device 12 can be executed in the case that the type of the original discriminated by the automatic color selection means 48 coincides with the using condition of the paper set by the paper using condition set means 47. In the case that it does not coincides with the set using condition, at least the action of the image output device 12 is interrupted. Besides, this device is provided with a system controller 48 and an operation part 47 being as the means outputting the alarm message. |
