Illuminant array(10) made of the illuminators(1-n) arranged at a certain distance longitudinally is connected with a process(13), and the process(13) is continued to the turning off and on each illuminant by generating a specified pulse signal based on established program on output lead. Since pulse signal to be generated from process(13) calculates the average the going and returning distance and duration of illuminant array to memorize certain character of figure is displayed by seizing handle part(12) and makes go and return with that distance and duration, certain character or figure is displayed.
