<p>Element has two electrodes and liquid electrolyte containing soluble salt of metal forming first electrode. This first electrode consists of metal which can be dissolved and deposited electrochemically according to Faraday's law, whilst second electrode consists of W, Ta, Mo or Ti. This element can be used for integrating and registering amount of electric charge, for indicating period during which constant current flows, for alternating transfer of constant amount of charge and for integrating part of current cying above a given value. Second electrode of value metal, there is large change in voltage or interruption of current when deposited metal is dissolved completely from second electrode, so that electric signal can be produced.</p> |
