FIELD: coatings. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrode coatings for welding deposition of wear-resistant doped alloy on parts operated under conditions of intense impact loadings and abrasive wear. Essence of invention resides in supplementing electrode coating containing, wt.-%: marble, 32-48; fluorspar, 10-20; ferrochromiumboron, 12-20; graphite, 1-6; ferrosilicium, 6-12; ferrovanadium, 1-6; and rutile, 2-8, with metal chromium 3-5%, and nickel, 1-7%. Into coating composition, powder hardener 4:1 mixture of ferrochrome-boron and metal chromium is also introduced to their common content in coating 18-26%. Quantity of coating on electrode is characterized with mass coefficient 40-60%. Combination of materials, their amounts, and proportions found ensure smallest oxidized chromium loss and make it possible to abandon toxic manganese use as reducing constituent. Addition of nickel promotes increasing residual austenite in the weld-deposited alloy thereby enhancing its resistance to shocks characterized with high dynamic power degree. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics and environmental condition. |
