An injection nozzle for hot-runner injection moulding tools which has at least one feed duct, 9, for the injection moulding material, a number of injection orifices corresponding to the number of feed ducts, 9, and, inside each feed duct, a heat-conducting core, 10, arranged coaxially with the injection orifice, 6, over at least part of its length and extending into the injection orifice, 6, is characterized in that each heat,- conducting core 10 is in heat-conducting contact with the heated distribution plate, 2, of the injection moulding tool and each feed duct, 9, is formed by a recess provided partly in the distributing plate, 2, and partly in the top force, 5, of the injection moulding tool. The heatconducting core 10 may be a rod fixed to the distribution plate 2 at one end and extending into the injection orifice 6 at the other (Fig. 2), or it may be provided with a shoulder piece connected between the distributing plate 2 and the bottom force 5 and having an axial bore which has at least one other bore leading from it into the feed duct 9 or the shoulder piece may have one or more coaxial bores leading into the feed duct 9. The nozzle may be in the form of a multiple nozzle having at least two feed ducts branching off from a common supply channel. The heatconducting core may be axially movable in the nozzle so that it can be used as a closing pin for the injection orifice. |
