PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rice to be cooked in such a way that its taste is uniform by facilitating adjustment of the heat of a number of gas burners aligned along the direction of transfer of a rice-cooking pot, for an appreciable reduction in the time required for the adjustment work, and preventing the adjustment work from being varied with personnel and date. SOLUTION: This automatic rice cooking device has a number of gas burners 14a to 14d placed below a chain conveyor 11, and cooks the contents of a rice- cooking pot by heating using the gas burners 14a to 14d the rice-cooking pot 13 which is transferred while being hung from the chain conveyor 11. A rice cooking area from elevating temperature to steaming is divided into a plurality of longitudinally aligned areas 15, 16, 17, 18, and for the different areas main pipes 22a to 22d for supplying mixed gases are connected via branch pipes 21 a to 21d to the gas burners for the different areas, and a combustion amount adjusting device for adjusting the amounts by which the mixed gases are supplied and combusted is provided in each of the main pipes 22a to 22d. |
