A device for processing of plate type brignettes or moulded articles which are delivered from a take off station, in partic. from a press, by means of a removable device and positioned on their narrow-ends after delivery. A series of plate take-up positions or spaces (8) can accommodate a plate in its narrow end up position, and the plate is rotatably mounted about a vertical axis (5) in a framework (7). The take up positions (8) are distributed along the circulating conveyor.
