Ceiling trough housing has inbuilt lights which can swing round with their housing in a ring. Air inlet chambers are provided at the rear of the trough and also an air outlet chamber. A blower in the outlet chamber draws rom air out of the inlet chambers into the outlet chamber. The room air drawn hot into the inlet chambers can then be emitted from the outlet chamber, using a valve or flap control into pipes which bleed to atmosphere, or else can be returned the room to provide heat without requiring additional energy.
