Film sound track recording - using forwards and backwards control and counter operated by mini-computer and pulse generator

Cine equipment is for erase, record and replay of the sound track. The equipment will allow forward and backward transport of the film, rock and roll, with accurate frame counting in both directions. The sound track can be recorded or altered on a scene by scene basis. The heart of the equipment is a minicomputer for which the algorithms are given. A sound film projector with a mixer desk can receive inputs from a microphone, a tape recorder and a record deck. Windows are used for frame counting, and function indication together with controls for the various functions; fade in, fade out etc. All counting is controlled by a pulse generator.
