The turn table up and down moving device of a microwave oven is capable of moving the turn table up and down to uniformly heat a material to be cooked disposed on the rotated turn table. The turn table up and down moving device comprises: an up and down moving means comprised of a screw part having a right screw and a left screw on the front end of a roller supporting base on which a roller adapted to support the turn table is rotated, and an inclined surface of a bottom side on which the roller is contacted to in order for the roller to be raised as the roller is moved to the outside by means of the screw part.
