<p>The cooking vessel (10) is a flat receptable, with a handle (12), divided into two unequal compartments (14, 16). It is divided by a partition (18) with openings (20) above the base of the vessel. The larger compartment (14) is sued for cooking food and the smaller (16), for the recovery of juices at the end of cooking. The base of the smaller compartment is lower than that of the larger, forming a projection underneath. There are ribs under the larger compartment so that the base is horizontal.</p> |
