PURPOSE:To facilitate resin impregnation process without any cost of loosing heat dissipation capability by dividing a coil into a plural number of coil sections along a radial direction to have a resin duct made of porous insulating materials between coil sections. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 1 for winding conductors which is made of laminated resin tube is provided to form an inner insulation of a resin molded coil. On this bobbin a coil 2 is wound, and outside it an insulation layer 7 is provided by TG tape (a tape of union cloth which has polyester filaments as warps and glass filaments as weft yarns) applied on it. For example a resin duct 8 is provided around the conductor layer which lies in the middle of these conductor layers. As materials which compose a resin duct 8, polyester mats are utilized. Thus the resin duct is formed by inserting porous insulating materials which have a thickness of at last 1.0mm or more all around the coil or at a part of the coil and by dividing conductor layers of the coil into a plural number of sections along the radial direction of the coil. |
