PURPOSE:To enable the sink phenomena in the top and the void generated in core part to be avoided by providing the movable raw material pressing part which is inserted from the raw material casting inlet of a mold and always presses polymerizable lactam liquid and the mold moving part elevating a cylindrical mold in mold releasing. CONSTITUTION:A raw material pressing part 2 is arranged above the supporting plate 12 of a cylindrical mold. The raw material pressing member 24 to be inserted into the adjacency of the inlet of the cavity 13 of the cylindrical mold, is fixed to said part. The raw material pressing member 24 is moved up and down in the inlet of the cavity 13 by the operation of a cylinder 22, and then always presses lactam liquid during the polymerization reaction of the polymerizable lactam liquid poured in the cavity 13. When the cylinder 36 in a mold moving part 3 is operated, the cylindrical mold 1 and the raw material pressing part 2 connected to said mold are moved upward. Consequently, the bottom cover 14 of the cylindrical mold 1 is easily opened, and the mold releasing of the cast nylon rod body is easily achieved. |
