PURPOSE:To improve insulation characteristic by eliminating formation of voids, when viscosity of resin became lower in early stage of rotary gelation, by applying pressure to atmosphere surrounding a coil to allow the resin to permeate in the coil. CONSTITUTION:A resin-impregnated coil 1 is mounted on an axis 8, and a driving source 9 is given to the coil 1 to allow it to turn. And when the air in a furnace is heated by a heating source 6, this heat is conducted to the coil 1. By this heating process, viscosity of the resin is lowered. And then, as a valve 11 is opened, compressed air is introduced in the furnace to raise air pressure of the coil 1, and therefore, permeation of the resin is accelerated and vacuum voids are gradually eliminated. |
