PURPOSE:To knead and form concrete material of superior kneading characteristics, at the time of kneading cement as well as sand, pebbles, etc. together with water, by using a screw kneading machine provided with mixing pieces and changing the angles of the mixing pieces and auxiliary mixing pieces in the kneading process. CONSTITUTION:Fine aggregate of sand etc. having been removed of water content is charged into a mixing chamber 10 of a screw conveyor system by means of a continuous charger 1. In the 1st process I of the mixing chamber, primary water 5 is added and the adhered water is uniformalized while the materials are being conveyed relatively slowly with the mixing pieces 8 and auxiliary mixing pieces 7 mounted to a revolving shaft 9 which are held set at standard angles of inclination. Next, cement, pebbles, etc. are added from a hopper 5a and the materials are sent to the 2nd process II, where the volume increases and therefore the inclinations of the main mixing pieces 8 and auxiliary mixing pieces 7 are increased to increase the conveying rate of the kneaded material. Secondary water 5b is added to this kneaded material which is next sent to the 3rd process III. Here, the angles of inclination of the mixing pieces 8 are returned to the standard state to decrease the conveying rate and accomplish sufficient kneading, whereby the kneaded concrete or mortar of superior characteristics such as workability and pump pressure feeding is produced. |
