PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a knock type writing instruments not permitting water ink to vaporize from a ventilation hole formed on the tail plug of a refill, and capable of writing even after being left for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A valve member 6 is connected to the tip end of a knock member 5 by means of a spring 7, then a rotator 4 is made cylindrical so as to allow the valve member 6 to come in the rotator 4 and, when a refill 2 retreats and a pen body part 21 is withdrawn in the shaft cylinder 1, the valve member 6 repulsed by the spring 7 operates to close off the ventilation hole 24 of a tail plug 23 of the refill 2. |
