The work position of an excavator is inclined and the operator tries to stop the rotating operation of swing in the desired position, having a joy stick lever released, then a swing brake pressure switch(8) is shorted, a controller(7) sends the released electric signal through a swing brake relay(13), to a swing brake solenoid valve(5) in 4-6 sec, while pressing a swing brake switch instantly to be on, the contact point of the swing brake relay is shorted.
