A voltage controlled oscillator is disclosed. The voltage controlled oscillator comprises: a resonating means for oscillation frequency, a power amplification means of oscillation frequency, and an output matching means of the oscillation frequency for matching an output level of the power amplification means of the oscillation frequency with an output level of the resonating means and for constantly maintaining the output level of the oscillation frequency. Thereby, the voltage controlled oscillator may minimize a pulling figure phenomenon.
