PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism which is capable of reducing the number of components and enhancing an assembling ability. SOLUTION: This lock mechanism of a cover has an engagement claw which can be locked with a box main body and is provided with an actuator 10 having an operation lever 16 which can turn engagement claws 15 lockable with a rotary shaft 12 and a box main body from a locked position to a non-locked position, a main body 20 which has a bearing 21 which pivots the rotary shaft 12 and is mounted on the cover and a blade spring which energizes the engagement claws 15 to the locked position. The rotary shaft 12 of the actuator 10 is provided with a projection 13 which is projected backward while the bearing of the main body 20 is extended in the axial direction and opened forward from a shaft hole and provided with a shaft push-in groove 23 which may push in the rotary shaft 12 and a projection rocking area 25 which houses the projection 13 which is formed in a notched state directed backward from the shaft hole and may be placed in contact with the projection 13 at the non-locking position. |
