The present invention relates to a layer 3 duplexing method for a signal processor which is in charge of call processing in a control station of code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile system. According to the inventive method, synchronization and release to a call are possible when switching occurs by interrupt in a system performing several calls simultaneously, thus assuring duplexing, and it does not affect adversely the other processors when there occurs interrupt between mobile station, base station, control station and mobile exchanger, continuous call proceeding can be provided after switching.
