PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the variation in size of parts by forming a valve body of a material with impact resilience and releasing a liquidtight peripheral contact between the valve body and a valve seat caused by the deformation of the valve body under the effect of pressing force. SOLUTION: The valve body installing part 12 of a valve seat member 10 is a cylindrical part which is the extension of an ink passage hole 11, and has an inward collar part 15 for engaging the valvular body 13 with the tip part of the valve body installing part 12, with an ink window 16 through which an ink flows out, on the lateral side of the part 12. In addition, on the ink tank side part from the ink window 16, a hermetically sealed part 11 is formed which makes a tapered wall part of almost the wooden pestle shape and comes into a liquidtight peripheral contact with the valve body 13. The valve body 13 consists of a leg part 18 engaged with the inward collar part 15 and a head part 19 which comes into a peripheral contact with the hermetically sealed part 17, and receives a pressing force on the head part 19. Further, the head part 19 is of the comparatively thicker wall so that the head part 19 comes into contact with the valve seat member 10 to secure a liquidtight state. The leg part 18 is of the comparatively thinner wall as it is aggressively deformed by the pressing force applied by a knock bar 14. |
