In the machine, the film cutting device is comprised of a transversal shovel blade (26) arranged at the back of weighted wheels (33) and mounted at the end of arms (25) rotatable about a horizontal axis (24). The arms (25) are integral with jack pistons (27). The rotational axis (24) is adjustable in height with respect to the ground. In the sowing position, the jacks (27) direct the blade (26) forwardly above the ground. In the board end stop position, the jacks (27) cause the blade (26) to depict an arc of a circle during which the edge of the blade (26) cuts the film, folds back on itself the laid film while gathering on the folded portion a mass of soil. In the board beginning stop position, the jacks (27) cause the blade (26) to depict the same arc in the reverse direction during which the blade (26) gathers on the beginning of the film to be laid a mass of soil. In the machine of the invention, the film holding device for the half-turns, the film unwinding device and the furrow ploughing means are also novel. |
