<p>PURPOSE:To dispose of a waste material in large quantities easily in a non-pollutive manner with a compact apparatus, by primarily decomposing a waste plastic material, etc. in a heat decomposition incinerator and secondarily incinerating the resulting combustible gas in a waste gas incinerator. CONSTITUTION:A waste plastic material and a similar waste material are introduced through a feed opening 9 equipped with a safety valve 10 provided at the upper part of a heat decomposition incinerator 1 made of a tubular steel sheet into the incinerator. A lip thereof is closed and the waste materials are primarily decomposed by heating them at 200-250 deg.C and incinerating them for 180min while adjusting the amount of O2. The generated combustible gas is passed through a gas outlet 15, a vertical lift pipe 16, pipes 17 and 18 provided with insulating chambers 33 and 30, a pipe 19, a combustible gas regulating valve 20, pipes 21 and 22 and a check valve 23 for preventing back fire and fed to a waste gas incinerator 24 made of refractory brick, where the gas is secondarily incinerated. The resulting gas is recovered from a gas recovery port 25 provided at the lower part of the incinerator 24. Hot water heated in a heat exchanger 26 provided at the upper part of the incinerator 24 is fed to the insulating chambers 30 and 33 through a water delivery pump 28 and recycled.</p> |
