PURPOSE:To control a resin discharge rate to the slighter rate with simple constitution, by providing a specific shutter mechanism to a resin discharger which applies an air pressure to the inside of a container and drops the fluid resin in the container from a discharge tube. CONSTITUTION:The fluid resin is housed in the container 11 and while the specified air pressure is held applied thereto, a slide block 22 is retreated to shift a shutter hole 23 and a shutter hole 25 from each other. Then, the supply of the air pressure to the slide block 22 is stopped and the dropping of the resin 16 is immediately halted to prevent generation of leakage and sag of the resin 16 from the top end thereof. If, on the contrary, the slide block 22 is advanced to match the positions of the holes 23 and 25, the resin 16 is admitted into the tube 12 by the air pressure and is dropped from the top end thereof. The two blocks 22, 24 consists of materials which are different in elasticity from each other. A projection 5 provided to the hole 22 of the block 22 consisting of the harder material penetrates to the stationary block 24 having the lower hardness at the time of the advance or retreat thereof. No spacings are, therefore, formed around the holes 23, 25 and the outflow of the resin 16 is prevented.
