PURPOSE:To raise the workability of winding operation and the strength characteristics of a core material after curing of a resin, by forming a fiber guiding part guiding the conversion of the direction of filament winding at the ends of each sub-jig facing on a groove forming the spoke part of the core material. CONSTITUTION:A Guiding part 14 is formed at an end 4c facing on a spoke part forming groove 4b of a sub-jig 4 fixed under adjusting to one surface side periphery of a main-jig. This guiding part 14 is comprised of a projected portion 15 projecting to outer peripheral direction of the sub-jig 4 in partly-ring form and a fiber guiding surface 16 which is formed by molding the outer surface of the sub-jig 4 into a curved form. The end surface of the inner periphery at the circular groove 4a of the sub-jig 4 is also molded into curved form to be separate fiber guiding surfaces 16, 17. With curved fiber guiding surfaces 16, 17 formed at the projected portion 15 of the end 4c or the end surface of the sub-jig 4, it is possible to change smoothly the direction of continuously supplied fiber without hooking to the end 4c of the sub-jig. |
