PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of illegal reading in a portable terminal by storing a history information acquiring program for acquiring the reference history of information in an IC card to be read out by the portable terminal, and in each reference of the information, storing the reference history in the IC card. CONSTITUTION:The program mainly consisting of the information reference history is stored in the IC card 6 for storing secret information such as a customer list, and in each reference of the information by the user of the IC card 6, the reference history is stored in the IC card 6. When the IC card 6 is returned from the user to an information supervisor, the supervisor confirms the reference history by a work station 1 through an IC card reader/writer 3 to check a reference state and rigidly manages the IC card 6 so as to prevent the secret information from being leaked. Consequently, the secret information can be prevented from being referred or leaked by an illegal user. |
