PURPOSE:To improve efficiency for voting and counting by automating the voting action or counting work of election. CONSTITUTION:Data for voting are inputted on the screen of a plane display device 11 and further, the name of a candidate or a political party inputted with a pen is described in a ballot paper 16 and issued by a voter. Therefore, since the voting action of election can be automated, the voting can be speedily and efficiently performed, the data of voting contents can be converted/worked into various data formats, and the counting work can be made efficient. Further, since the name of the candidate or the political party inputted by the voter is issued while being described in the ballot paper 16, the voter can confirm its own voting contents according to the writing image or letters of the ballot paper 16 and by putting the ballot paper into a ballot box, the conventional voting form can be operated as it is. |
