PURPOSE:To express the combination of estimated game results over plural games with one card. CONSTITUTION:A betting card 1 is provided with a game item 2 displaying the plural pairs of games 2a-2f with the competition of various sports or the like as an object and a victory or defeat pattern item 3 displaying plural victory or defeat patterns 3a-3e. Further, a mark description column 5 to describe the estimated game result composed of the victory or defeat patterns 3a-3e for the respective games 2a-2f with a mark 4 is provided at a position corresponding to the game item 2 and the victory or defeat pattern item 3. A *mark-shaped braille pattern 6 corresponding to the description pattern of the four kinds of marks 4 is previously printed in each mark description column 5 and by describing the mark 4 along this braille pattern 6, the plural combination of estimated game results can be defined as betting contents.
