PURPOSE:To shorten time required for confirming the summary of images by specifying the transmission order of compressed encoded data at that time by using the transmission lines of two systems for transmitting the compressed encoded data. CONSTITUTION:A header 51 and a block header 52 of a group A5 and a header 71 and a block header 72 of a group C7 are transmitted by an (a) channel 10 among the channels of two systems. On the other hand, a header 61 and a block header 62 of a group B6 and a header 81 and a block header 82 of a group D8 are transmitted by a (b) channel 11. Afterwards, coefficients 53, 63, 73 and 83 of the respective groups are transmitted by the (a) channel 10 and the (b) channel 11. Thus, time required for complete transmission up to the block header is T3 and is shortened just for time transmitting the coefficients. |
