PURPOSE:To transfer the clocks to the high speed data without receiving any influence of an deviation caused at the time of the switching of clocks concerning to a clockswitching control circuit which has a clock switching function. CONSTITUTION:The write and read clocks of the same frequency are applied to a bit buffer changing circuit 11, and the data are written and read out. Under such condition, a phase clock oscillator 12 is provided on the read clock side. Then it is constituted to let the clock averaged by the oscillator 12 be a read- out clock of the circuit 11. |
