PURPOSE: To provide the jet engine assembly components capable of efficiently impingement-cooling the components of an jet engine such as a combustor. CONSTITUTION: A corrugation plate 40 is formed by connecting raised corrugation portions 42 by flat plate portions 44. The flat plate portions 44 comprise impingement cooling holes 50, and adjacent raised corrugation portions 42 and flat plate portions 44 define coolant channels 52 in communication with a compressor of an engine. Dividers 56 positioned transerve to the corrugation portions 42 have a top side 58 attached to a bottom surface of the flat plate portions 44, and have a bottom side 60 attached to the combustor liner 36. The corrugation portions 42 define therewithin return channels 62 in communication with the post-impingement cooling air 66. The divides 56 prevent crossflow between the impingement cooling air 68 and the post-impingement cooling air 66.
