STEEL FLOOR PANEL WITH LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To prevent the liquid leakage of lightweight concrete filling a hollow section, prevent while, red rust and stains caused by concrete liquid and to promote the value of merchandise. CONSTITUTION:A steel floor panel 6 with lightweight concrete 5 is so constituted that a steel top plate 1 and a steel bottom plate 2 having a recess section 3 in the central part thereof are formed together as a unit and that the lightweight concrete 5 is poured into a hollow section of the inside thereof and is solidified. The top plate 1 and bottom plate 2 are so constituted that the end of the top plate 1 is folded to the end of the bottom plate 2 to wrap the end of the bottom plate 2 with the end of the top plate 1 over the overall surface. An overlap section of the ends of the bottom plate 2 and top plate 1 is monolithically formed over the overall surface by pressure fastening and is sealed.
