<p>PURPOSE:To provide a panel lightweight with sufficient strength, durability and divensionability and manufactured at low cost, and a panel manufacturing method regarding the panel mainly used as a building panel such as a concrete form panel and a placing panel. CONSTITUTION:A panel is formed of lightweight core material 1, moisture- permeable reinforcing layers 2 laminated on both faces of the core material 1, and thermoplastic resin layers 3 laminated on both faces of the reinforcing layers 2. In a panel manufacturing method, thermoplastic resin 3' is filled in a press die 4, moisture-permeable reinforcing material 2' is laid thereon, and lightweight core material 1' is placed on the reinforcing material 2'. Reinforcing material 2'' is then laid on the core material 1', and after filling thermoplastic resin 3'' on the reinforcing material 2'', heat pressing is applied to bond the reinforcing material 2', 2'' to the core material l' by the thermoplastic resin 3', 3'' passing through the reinforcing material 2', 2''.</p> |
