PURPOSE:To reduce the number of input circuits and miniaturize the device used for the title system so as to reduce the cost of the device by driving control relays by combining drive signals and confirming the operations of the relays in accordance with the combination of the relays with contact signals. CONSTITUTION:Control relays RYXnYn are successively driven by combining drive signals SX1-SXn and SY1-SYn respectively outputted from a plurality of drive circuits DOXn and DOYn. At the same time, the operation of the control relay driven by the drive circuits DOXn and DOYn is confirmed in accordance with the combination of the plurality of control relays RYXnYn which can be drive by means of the above-mentioned drive signals SX1-SXn and SY1-SYn with the contact signals TX1-TXn of the control relays RYXnYn. Therefore, the number of input circuits DIXn required for confirming the operations of the control relays RYXnYn can be reduced to the number of the combinations of the drive signals SX1-SXn and SY1-SYn.
