PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding device easily changing a welding chip. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic welding device 1 for welding a welding material by projectingly provided with a welding chip 6 downward from the tip part of a horn 5 projected at the front part of a vibration generating unit 3, 4 and generating the ultrasonic vibration with the vibration generating unit 3, 4 through the horn 5 in the abutting condition of this welding chip 6 on the welding material laid on an anvil 14 from the upper part, the horn 5 is made to be possible to turn while centering the horizontal axis passed through the center of the horn. Then, plural welding chips 6 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of tip part of the horn 5 so as to face the tip part of each welding chip 6 to the welding material in order accompanied with the turning of the horn 5, and selectively faced to the welding material by turning the horn 5. The welding chip 6 can be changed by turning the horn 5.
